After facing over 400 rejections before my first “yes,” I built my career inside tier-one venture capital firms managing more than $7B in assets, earning promotions and operating in high-stakes boardrooms before pivoting into operating as a lead product manager at a venture-backed startup and navigating multiple career pivots of my own. Along the way, I’ve coached women from early-career professionals to established executives and CEOs, and I know exactly what it takes to succeed while staying true to your values.
